 
        
        Our client is a recognized actor in the events industry.
This role includes team management responsibilities and reports to the Head of Production.
RESPONSABILITIES
 * Understand event requirements and lead the execution of all production aspects accordingly.
 * Oversee the preparation of production proposals, statements of work, and presentations.
 * Inform project managers on production budgets, workflows, and viable technical solutions.
 * Manage and monitor production activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
 * Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure effective production team management per project.
 * Collaborate with Project Managers on proposal documents and presentations.
 * Participate in brainstorms to develop creative and innovative event concepts.
 * Lead production team activities, including research and budgeting per project.
 * Select, brief, and manage suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficient delivery.
 * Ensure an accurate technical brief is provided to the Creative Team for graphics, multimedia, and 3D needs.
 * Brief technical and decoration suppliers with detailed floor and technical plans.
 * Attend cross-functional meetings to provide technical and production expertise.
 * Maintain complete and accurate project files, including reports on clients and suppliers.
 * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies both during the preparation phase and on-site.
 * Adhere to company standards and policies regarding confidentiality, sustainability, and social responsibility.
PROFILE
 * Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar production management role.
 * Fluent in German and English
 * French is a plus.
