Your role

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all clinical study activities in your assigned region or cluster. You will be accountable for building strong relationships with investigators, sites, and internal stakeholders while ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role serves as a critical interface between the company and external partners at the regional/cluster/country level. You will be responsible for aligning global and local priorities while enhancing CDPC performance through strategic recommendation.

Note: The position can only be filled in a hybrid format including on-site presence in Eysins for 3 days per week.


Resources you will lead

* Direct reports: Clinical Site Leads (CSLs), Clinical Research Managers (CRMs), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Country Study Start Up Manager (SSUM)
* Strategic direction and support to site‑facing teams in managing site‑level activities and resolving any operational challenges
* Indirect oversight of Full Service Provider (FSP) team members
* Accountability for budget management related to clinical studies in your region
* Responsibility for site relationships and performance across your territory
* Oversight of local/regional studies, including company‑sponsored clinical studies, Investigator‑Sponsored Studies, Collaborative Research studies, and Early Access Programs


Who you are

* 10+ years professional experience in Clinical Research (biotech, pharma or CRO)
* At least 5 years of people and resource management in a multifunctional or multinational setting
* Experience in Clinical Trial Management and managing Clinical Monitoring/Site Management
* Graduate background (Medical or Life Sciences degree) in a clinical research related discipline or equivalent
* Fluent in French and Englisch (Written and Spoken)
* Strategic thinking beyond own function with consideration of overall business objectives
* Outstanding leadership skills to establish and manage multiple interfaces across teams and geographies
* Ability to work independently on complex tasks and projects
* Excellent risk assessment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
* Superior organizational ability: time management, prioritization, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
* Adaptability to change and ability to adjust work methods in response to new information
* Strong interpersonal skills with high cultural awareness
* Self‑motivated and proactive, willing to take on responsibility
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally/regionally up to 30% of time
