How you-ll make an impact
In this managerial role your main responsibilities include staffing, people development and managerial support to the team to ensure:
* The creation of competitive, technically optimized, high-quality offers tailored to customer specifications.
* Definition of the scope of supply and coordination with supply chain management to obtain quotations from subcontractors.
* Oversee cost calculations and the full cost modeling process.
* Manage the timely preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
* Support the sales team during contract negotiations.
* Preparation of documentation for internal reviews and tender submission approvals.
Your background
* Proven leadership experience, ideally managing international and diverse teams.
* Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
* Strong expertise in substation automation, control, and protection, with a solid understanding of grid automation.
* In-depth knowledge of the grid automation market and tendering processes.
* Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
