H3Responsibilities /h3 /b /p /p liPlan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics activities related to construction and rehabilitation according to MSF protocols and standards. /li liCollaborate with the Project Coordinator and Logistics/Technical Logistics Coordinator to plan, establish, and review all construction and rehabilitation activities, including budgeting. /li liEnsure compliance with MSF standards, protocols, and procedures in all construction/rehabilitation activities. /li liPlan construction/rehabilitation projects, participate in project design and development, and ensure technical aspects comply with local construction habits. /li liCoordinate purchase orders, check materials in stock, and manage warehouse inventory control. /li liPrepare budgets for construction/rehabilitation projects, process invoices for payment, and anticipate cash flow for monthly payments. /li liProvide safety equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards for construction workers. /li liCollaborate with the Project Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator on human resources processes for staff under responsibility, including recruitment, training, briefing, evaluation, and development. /li liProvide technical support and coaching to logistics staff. /li liFollow up and report on work progress and technical aspects, participate in monthly reports. /li liPerform delegated tasks as specified in the job description. /li ppbRequirements /b /p /p pbEssential /b /p liUniversity or technical school diploma. /li liMinimum two years of experience in construction. /li liProven understanding of MSF field logistics. /li liProficiency in the project language is essential (English, French, Spanish, Arabic). /li liComputer literacy. /li pbDesirable /b /p liStudies related to construction or engineering. /li liProficiency in local language. /li
