The Head of Construction Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:
* Organize and coordinate project teams, clients, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare tenders, contract awards, and contracts to secure project funding and resources.
* Develop and manage cost plans and track expenses to maintain project financial stability.
* Create and coordinate project timelines, execute building construction, and plan detailed activities.
* Establish and prepare technical specifications for projects.
* Lead as an independent senior site manager or specialist site manager.
* Develop and enforce occupational safety guidelines and monitor compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidates should possess qualifications as a qualified architect, site manager, construction engineer with/without professional experience or draftsman specializing in architecture with several years of professional experience.
* Proficiency in operating CAD programs (Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCad) as well as common Office programs (Word and Excel).
* Familiarity with regulations relating to the Building Act (BauG) and Building Ordinance (BauV) of the Canton of Valais.
* Knowledge of regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (ArgV 3 & 4).
* Excellent written and spoken German, with knowledge of English desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
