Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency (Switzerland)
This role is centered on managing and growing client relationships within a fast‑paced digital marketing agency environment. You will be the key link between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring multi‑channel marketing campaigns are executed effectively, aligned with client objectives, and continuously optimized for performance. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on coordination across paid media, SEO, content, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.

Manage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and overall project coordination across teams.

Translate client objectives into clear, actionable digital marketing strategies and plans.

Collaborate with internal specialists in PPC, SEO, social media, and content to ensure successful delivery.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights, analysis, and recommendations.

Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.

Proactively manage client communication, feedback, and issue resolution.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement across all accounts.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in an account manager role within a digital or marketing agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful campaign outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and insights.

Excellent time management and organizational skills in a deadline‑driven environment.

Experience working with international clients, particularly in UK or US markets, is a strong advantage.
