Senior Global Product Manager PVI

We’re hiring a Sr. Global Product Manager to join our talented Peripheral Vascular Intervention (PVI) Product Management team. You’ll need to be a product management professional in medical devices, ideally with several years of vascular experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of our exciting future!
Your Responsibilities
1. Drive the global commercialization of our Peripheral Vascular Intervention (PVI) portfolio
2. Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including market assessments, business case development, product launches, post-market surveillance, and phase-out planning to ensure sustained market relevance and profitability
3. Act as an internal therapy expert to support customer meetings, cross-functional decision making, and broad-based peripheral business strategy
4. Lead marketing initiatives, scientific activities, and campaigns to help BIOTRONIK’s PVI portfolio stand out in a highly competitive global environment
5. Support cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and refine product requirements
6. Support Sales, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and Demand Planning teams with product management expertise
7. Develop marketing and training materials on the current and future PVI portfolio to enable regional sales and marketing teams
8. Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Collect and interpret voice of customer (VOC) input and monitor competitor activity to define market requirements and contribute toward market intelligence to inform decision making
9. Lead and support other projects and initiatives as assigned
Your skills, knowledge, and experience
10. Strong strategic marketing skills, including 7+ years of product management expertise in an international medical device environment, preferably vascular intervention
11. Market development competency with ability to develop and implement clinical and economic value propositions
12. Track record of successful product launches
13. Excellent presentation & communication skills with an ability to communicate in a clear and compelling way to senior leadership teams
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional partners
15. Must be willing to travel up to 30% and have a global business perspective
16. Proficient English skills mandatory, business German strongly preferred
17. Higher degree in a technical discipline (engineering or life sciences) or business / marketing
