Responsibilities
* Manage new and existing clients in mechanical engineering, guiding them from initial contact to closing, with a focus on software solutions, training, and services.
* Identify customer needs and develop suitable software solutions from the portfolio.
* Develop and implement sales strategies, overseeing the entire sales process.
* Present solutions independently or with technical experts.
* Support team members during bottlenecks and collaborate closely with sales, technical, marketing, and IT colleagues.
Profile
* Completed training in business or technical fields, with knowledge in CAD and PDM.
* Practical sales experience with proven success, ideally in capital goods and licensing sales.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Engaged team player with a hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, fluent in German and good command of English.
* Proficient in MS Office/Windows and experienced with sales support tools.
