PpbOverview /b /p /p pbCommissioning and Qualification (CQ) Engineer /b /p pbRole Overview: /b /p pThe CQ Engineer is responsible for supporting the commissioning and qualification of equipment and utility systems, across all buildings and required activities. The engineer will provide hands-on support to the existing CQ EPC teams in the execution scope. /p pbMain Responsibilities: /b /p libField Support /b: Assist in the commissioning and qualification of utility and process systems controlled by the DeltaV DCS, including: Black and Clean Utility generation, storage, and distribution systems. HVAC systems for classified and non-classified areas within the site’s manufacturing and utility areas. Environmental Monitoring Systems. Compounding and SIP/CIP systems. Other systems as required. /li libExecution and Review /b: Conduct and review commissioning and qualification test protocols using KNEAT electronic documentation. This includes: Testing sequences of operation (start-up, hold, abort, stop, emergency stop). Control loop tuning. Pump and fan testing. Alarm and interlock testing. Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues encountered during commissioning. Proactively escalate issues. /li libDeltaV System Integration /b: Support the integrated commissioning of DeltaV system software, hardware, and interfaces with various process and utility systems. /li libSystem Reliability /b: Provide hands-on engineering support to troubleshoot control system issues and ensure reliable operation of automated systems. /li libProject Team Support /b: Assist the Project Team in gathering information for timely decision-making, minimizing project costs, timeline delays, and quality impacts. /li libField Execution Guidance /b: Ensure all equipment is commissioned following standards, procedures, and cGMP guidelines. Ensure timely resolution of documented issues using KNEAT. /li libCoaching Training /b: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their knowledge and support fast-track commissioning. /li libSafety Compliance /b: Ensure field execution is conducted safely, adhering to HSE standards, including oversight of Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), RAMS, PSHR, Method Statements, and Start-up activities. /li pbSkills and Qualifications: /b /p liBachelor’s degree or trade qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Process Control, or a related field). /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. /li li5-10 years of process commissioning experience (essential), with 3 years in utility system commissioning (preferred). /li liMinimum 3 years of hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting experience with DeltaV DCS (essential), including DeltaV Operate/Live and Control Studio. /li liKnowledge of regulatory requirements and codes of practice in the Life Sciences industry (desirable). /li liExperience using KNEAT for CQV test execution (desirable). /li liProficiency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with cGMP and considerable experience in field CQV execution. /li liAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlines. /li liAbility to work well in a diverse team and demonstrate respect in all activities. /li liFlexibility to work shifts/extended hours, as required, in compliance with working time regulations. /li ppbApply /b /p /p Full name Email address Cover Message (optional) Upload CV Choose File Upload your CV and any other relevant file.
