Responsibilities
* Provide individualized care and support to residents, taking into account their specific needs.
* Take daily responsibility for residents as a caring professional.
* Act as a trainer of students (HF level) and support the training of apprentices (FAGES) and adult learners (AGs).
* Provide learning guidance, education reports, evaluations and competency certificates.
* Assist with recruitment of learners.
* Document work with Easydok and participate in the assessment of care needs.
Qualifications
* Graduated as a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or FH, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of Swiss Red Cross recognition requirements for foreign diplomas.
* Completion of a vocational training course in teaching is desirable but can be pursued after employment.
* Enthusiasm for working with learners and a caring, empathetic, reflective approach.
