We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the insurance sector.

* Develop strategic sales plans to acquire new customers across all insurance areas and implement them through creative and effective sales methods
* Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to offer creation and negotiation, in close collaboration with experts and marketing teams
* Evolve and position our solutions' value proposition on the market with the marketing team
* Nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Swiss insurance industry as a trusted advisor and relationship manager
* Maintain systematic contact with relevant experts, partners, universities, associations, and regulators to stay informed about trends and opportunities
* Leverage synergies with our innovation team to communicate the benefits and potential of corresponding solutions to clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Insurance
* A minimum of five years of experience in sales and business development within the insurance sector
* Proven track record in selling complex software solutions and understanding modern software development and agile collaboration
* An established network with decision-makers in the Swiss insurance market
* In-depth knowledge of the concepts 'value proposition' and 'USP' and strong ability to communicate the benefits of solutions and identify corresponding needs
* Expert handling of customer omnichannel purchasing behavior and various channels (social media, MarCom, consultants, etc.)
* High level of proactivity, self-sufficiency, and team player mentality
* Experience in management consulting with a focus on technology solutions in the financial sector (a plus)
* Fluent communication in English, German, and French (with French being a plus)
