We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to perfection.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements.
The skills we are looking for are:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
