Overview
The company is a Danish technology company headquartered on Funen that develops user‑friendly software and system solutions for a technically complex B2B market. The company generates revenue of more than DKK 150 million, is highly profitable, and has built a strong international position in just a few years. It employs approximately 60 people and has, in recent years, been part of a strong international group.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the company’s development, commercial performance, and daily operations.
* Full P&L responsibility while leading a team of about 60 employees with strong technical expertise.
* Translate the growth strategy into concrete action plans and ensure execution, focusing on the U.S. key growth market while maintaining momentum in Europe and other established markets.
* Strengthen the commercial organization, professionalise collaboration with distributors, resellers, and OEM partners, and further develop the organisation into a more scalable international company.
* Build a bridge between the Danish organisation and international stakeholders, thriving close to the business, customers, and the organisation.
Qualifications
* Previous role with independent P&L responsibility in an international B2B company.
* Experience with technologically complex products where software and hardware are part of the solution.
* Experience with distributor sales and OEM customers, and a proven track record of successful international growth, particularly in the North American market.
* Commercially strong and results‑oriented, with empathy, situational awareness, and the ability to build trust and create followership within the organisation and in interactions with corporate owners, dealers, end‑users, and partners.
* Expected to be present at the headquarters on Funen and travel 30–50 days per year.
