With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging and supporting the FIFA Museum's day-to-day digital systems and IT infrastructure, including SecuTix, Simply X, Salesforce, Museum+, Contentful, Eptura Engage and Momentus. /liliActing as the main contact for digital and ICT matters between the FIFA Museum and FIFA, ensuring alignment on systems, policies, shared platforms and preferred partners. /liliGathering business requirements, translating them into development priorities, and coordinating implementation with external providers. /liliSupporting website and CMS enhancements as well as technology set-ups for exhibitions and events. /liliMaintaining IT asset inventories, software licences and compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards. /liliContributing to agile delivery processes, including planning, reviews and implementation follow-up where required. /liliOverseeing Salesforce administration and development, including user access, maintenance and business-driven enhancements. /liliSupporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud maintenance and providing training to business users. /liliDelivering data analysis, dashboards and reporting to support business performance and decision-making. /liliCollaborating across teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of the FIFA Museum's digital ecosystem. /li /ulh3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3ulliBachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships. /liliExperience with client-centric design principles and a solid understanding of UX/UI, system design and software development concepts. /liliKnowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working. /liliProficiency in data analytics tools and techniques. /liliStrong understanding of Salesforce operations, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a willingness to learn. /liliExperience delivering large-scale digital development projects and creating BI dashboards and data visualisations. /liliVery good written and spoken language skills in English; any additional language would be an advantage. /liliProactive, creative and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. /liliFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and functions. /liliClear and effective communicator, able to convey and interpret information accurately. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
