Job Description SummaryThe sales director new units job is designed for an individual that will lead the sales team in the region and holds accounts responsibilities for the new opportunities that arise in the region.
The geographical coverage includes the following countries; Poland, Czech republic, Turkey, Israel, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, CIS countries, Balcan countries, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria.
The selected candidate will have an assigned team of sales managers covering one or more countries in the assigned region.
Amongst the responsibilities the successful candite will have here is a brief summary of them:
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

o within a geographic area responsible for selling product, solutions, or projects

o Developing commercial expertise across Eastern Europe countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.

o Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

o Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

o Typically a senior professional direct reports. Has ability to attract and retain talent. Often manages medium to large teams. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications:

o For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics:

o Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

o Eastern Europe market knowledge, strong relations with key EPC players in the region are required.

o Ability to collaborate with commercial, pricing and legal functions.

o Interpersonal skills, able to lead teams in a multicultural and diverse environment

o Reporting skills at C suite level, master product presentations, decarbonization technologies and across GEV businesses leads generation.
