The opportunity
To support our team within the Business Unit Grid Integration, Global Product Group Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service, we are looking for the Controller to lead finance matters related to Research and Development (“R&D”) activities and supporting R&D Leadership Team on operational and strategic topics.
How you’ll make an impact
Finance business partner to R&D Leadership Team and support Global Product Group
Lead finance matters related to research and development activities (cost controlling, hourly rates, financial tools, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting)
Project Controlling for R&D projects and overview the overall portfolio of R&D projects
Improve and lead finance processes in R&D function
Support strategic and operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
Your background
A master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting
Experience in finance controlling ideally in R&D or project controlling
Operational mindset, hands-on approach
Ability to synthesize data and support strategic initiatives
Good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems
