Overview Are you a Software Engineer with a DevOps focus ready to drive impactful projects on a global scale? This role is part of a shared service DevOps team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to enable the Molecular Lab network to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic solutions, empowering customers to improve patient care.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure and documentation by applying in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for medical software
Drive the timely delivery of stable, secure and scalable systems, meeting organizational standards and customer requirements while enabling faster development cycles and improved reliability
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning within and across diverse and intercultural teams
Empower your team members to take ownership of their work and lead by example to foster teamwork and mentorship
Must Haves Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a specialized field related to DevOps development or engineering
4-8 years of experience in DevOps with one or more technologies (e.g. Git, containerization, virtualization, CI/CD pipeline)
Capable of solving complex issues creatively and effectively, using a multi-faceted approach based on thorough analysis to resolve complex technical challenges
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse environment as well as collaborate effectively within and across teams
Linux experience (Debian or Ubuntu)
Scripting in bash and python
Microsoft Azure DevOps/ GitHub
Fluent in English
Nice to Have SAFe5 or 6
