We are seeking to strengthen the team with an eager and dedicated professional with experience in marketing and sales management.

What you’ll do

1. Reporting directly totheBusiness Unit Director R&I, you willbe responsible forall brand and sales related activities to COPD andleadthemarketing and salesteam

2. You will lead the COPD Franchiseacross all current and future indications (inhaled + biologic)andbe responsible for a near-termnewproduct launchin collaboration with the cross-functional team

3. You willdevelopthe annual brand strategyandoperationalplan andexecute itcross-functionally. You are constantly informed about market conditions and incorporate them into your planning. 

4. Youwillcollaborate with regulatory affairs, market access, medical and sales to ensure adequate implementation of the planned activities. Including (but not restricted to) promotional and non-promotional materials, omnichannel campaigns and educational events

5. You will maintain contacts with opinion leaders and represent our company at scientific and promotional events. 

6. You will be responsible for the annual budgeting (costs and sales) and will supervise these goals on an ongoing basis. 

Your Profile

7. You have at least 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and experience in both marketing and sales management. Previous experience in biologics, respiratory and/or specifically severe asthma is a plus. 

8. You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation.

9. Strong analytical skills. Problem solving & solution oriented, you can safely handle complex tasks 

10. Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. You know how to influence others and how to lead cross-functional partners at various seniority level 

11. Strong team player but you are determined and can succeed working with high level of autonomy 

12. You enjoy being close to the market and to your customers and facilitate a customer centric mindset in your team 

13. Ideally you have experience in working at global level andhave an understanding ofthe drug development lifecycle, commercial as well as market access aspects. 

14. Languages: proficient in German and English is a requirement. French is a plus.
