Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and audience‑focused video concepts for the FIFA Museum’s social media channels, with a primary focus on TikTok
Create detailed production briefs for video and reel shoots, including concept development, storytelling, and execution guidelines
Edit and finalize video content for publication across the FIFA Museum’s social media platforms
Monitor and analyze current TikTok trends, as well as relevant platform and community developments
Contribute ideas and creative input to the Content Lab team for additional content formats and initiatives
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven experience in social media video creation and editing, with strong proficiency in tools such as CapCut and other industry‑standard software
Solid understanding of short‑form storytelling, with the ability to create engaging, platform‑native content
In‑depth knowledge of user behavior on platforms like TikTok, including what drives reach, engagement, and retention
Strong awareness of current trends, visual aesthetics, and meme culture within the social media landscape
Educational background or training in film, media production, or a related field is considered an advantage
Experience in community building and an understanding of broader social media strategy is a plus
High sensitivity to cultural context and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences
Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new content formats, ideas, and creative approaches
