Key Responsibilities
* Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, particularly in the area of regulatory reporting.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver effective analytics solutions.
* Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation with a high level of diligence and accuracy.
* Assess, prioritize, and manage change requests raised by business units.
* Execute regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports to support compliance and business needs.
* Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor analytical models to support compliance processes and control execution.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data-driven compliance and risk management frameworks.
Qualifications
* Strong banking industry experience, with focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal domains.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within a project-based environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, or Banking & Finance.
* Strong database programming skills, particularly SQL.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
* Experience in project management or business analysis is an advantage.
* Fluent in English (primary business language); additional languages are considered a plus.
