A relationship manager private banking / wealth management advisor

Raiffeisen Bank Lausanne Haute"‘Broye"‘Jorat is continuing its development and strengthening its presence with wealthy clients in the region. We continue to invest and expand our team, which is why we are looking for a Relationship Manager Private Banking / Wealth Management Advisor dedicated to the HNWI segment domiciled in Switzerland, with an excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market.

What awaits you?

• Provide comprehensive and personalised support to wealthy clients domiciled in the region.
• Develop your own portfolio through your network, while expanding business with existing clients of our Bank.
• Offer tailor-made investment solutions aligned with the Bank’s strategy.
• Analyse clients’ assets, advise them on investments and support them with their financing, tax, pension and retirement needs.
• Represent the Bank at regional events and enhance its visibility.
• Collaborate with various internal segments to offer a comprehensive wealth management approach.

What do you bring?

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in HNWI wealth management in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lausanne region and an active local network.
• Advanced banking education, ideally with SAQ CWMA certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a clear commercial sense and a results-oriented approach.
• An autonomous, proactive personality with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.
• Very good command of French, good knowledge of English.
