Tasks
As a Field Services Engineer Lead, you will:
* Priority Management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer requests, ensuring timely resolution and high service quality.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Diagnose and resolve complex product-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Documentation and Methodology: Maintain detailed documentation, guidelines, and SOPs for troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Periodic maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure product longevity and performance.
* Customer training and support: Provide on-site training on product use and maintenance, and share best practices.
* Relationship building: Develop strong, professional relationships with customers through excellent communication.
* Collaboration with R&D: Share customer feedback and field insights to support product development.
* Manufacture equipment: Assemble products following technical drawings, utilizing mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills.
Requirements
* Technician diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in field service or similar roles.
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Willingness to travel 50-100%; valid driver's license required.
* Positive attitude and adaptability.
