Job Description
As a Commercial Assistant at the EU Oilseeds Back Office, the candidate is responsible to provide full and accurate support to the ADMI EU Oilseeds department. The candidate will be working within a team of 3 person which 2 are working part-time (80% and 60%).
Essential Duties
* Contracts Management for all ADMI Locations across Europe
* Print and dispatch daily contracts lists reports and ensure follow up
* Release the contracts from the VAX hold file
* Print and check the contracts
* Send out and file the contracts
* Modify or delete a contract in the VAX
* Washouts for refinery products in the VAX
* Various commercial and contracts duties
* Incoming mails, e-mails
* Manage all incoming mails and forward to the correct European location
* Manage on a daily basis of all various request by e-mails
* Various reports
* Weekly trading guideline
* Monthly Market Values
* Various administrative tasks
* Filling
* Audit requests
* Yearly archive
* Various administrative duties
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
* Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English with another European language a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detailed, accurate and organized
* Strong team player
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Pro active
