Overview
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor (seasonal) for our Boutique in St Moritz. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
* Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
Qualifications
* Fluency in Swiss-German and English. Other languages are considered a plus.
* Relevant experience in luxury retail.
* Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
* Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong team player.
