We're looking for a motivated professional with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) to join our Internal Systems team. In this versatile role, you'll support various business functions – from Sales and Supply Chain to Finance and Marketing – while actively driving our company's digital evolution.
You'll report directly to the Head of Business Systems and work in a small, agile team that manages and continuously optimizes our technological infrastructure across continents.
This is a permanent role based in Schwerzenbach, Zurich.
What You'll Do
1. System Administration & Development Manage and enhance SAP Business One (T-SQL version) along with other enterprise systems that keep our global operations running smoothly. Lead the migration of legacy processes to modern 2025+ standards.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting Create and maintain sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI, delivering actionable insights across the organization. Design professional, user-friendly Power BI reports that drive data-informed decision-making.
3. Process Optimization Analyze and improve production and finance processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Not afraid to challenge and modernize existing workflows forand beyond.
4. Application Lifecycle Management Showcase new developments, analyze existing applications, and rigorously test both current and emerging solutions to ensure optimal performance and business value.
5. Cross-Cultural Collaboration Communicate and coordinate with international teams across multiple continents and cultures – from Singapore to Spain.
