Responsibilities
* Performing routine measurements for Oligonucleotides (mainly HPLC with UV and/or Single Quadrant MS detection)
* Planning, executing, and documenting experiments collaboratively in a team of five associates.
* Use chromatographic data systems like Empower or OpenLab to control analytical instruments.
* Evaluate data with Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator
* Developing, improving, and validating analytical methods for the quality assessment of Oligonucleotides.
* Ensuring compliance with GxP guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Qualifications
* a vocational scientific qualification as chemical laboratory technician (e.g. apprenticeship) with at least 2‑3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry (No Studies Degree; No Master or PhD)
* Hands‑on experience with analytical instrumentation and techniques (e.g., HPLC, MS)
* Interest or background in analytical development for oligonucleotides
* Strong knowledge of LC‑MS applications and instruments is a plus
* Experience with large molecules/biologics analytics is an advantage
* Self‑motivated, proactive, open‑minded, goal‑oriented, and a strong team player
* Stringent quality mindset, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of GxP
* Requirements across clinical phases.
* Good command of English; German proficiency is beneficial.
