Technology ensures the availability and smooth operation of all production facilities and the technical infrastructure. As Head of Operational Maintenance, you will support the Head of Technology. Within this department, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination and implementation of all maintenance and servicing work. You will lead several teams, ensure a high level of system availability and drive optimization. * Supporting the Head of Technology in management
* Overall management of employees, taking into account communication, deployment planning, qualifications and personnel development
* Responsible for personnel deployment planning, Absence management and on-call organization
* Ensuring troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and stoppages
* Responsible for area documentation and actively helping to shape the spare parts strategy with materials management
* Planning and coordinating maintenance activities in SAP with internal and external partners
* Optimizing the maintenance strategy and carrying out corresponding evaluations
* Supporting the planning of projects
* Coordinating external suppliers and fitters
* Responsible for budget compliance in the management area
* Ensuring compliance with safety specifications and technical controls
What you bring with you
* Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
* Years of experience in operational maintenance
* Multi-years of management experience
* Experience in supervising and supporting a maintenance team is an advantage
* Independent, resilient and reliable personality
* A team player and outgoing manner in a team
* Connected thinking and good understanding of production processes
* Assertiveness and willingness to learn
* Very good written and spoken German
* Very good IT skills, especially MS Office; SAP experience an advantage
* Willingness to work from Monday to Friday between 5.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on average two Saturdays per month
