Your Job

* Responsibility for the preparation of dishes at the assigned station in the bakery
* Adhering to the specified instructions and tasks given by the superior
* In charge of the organisation of goods/provisions
* Supervising the station and controlling other areas of the galley
* Own quality control: improving the station in areas where necessary
* In charge of careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area
* Controlling and maintaining the cleanliness, safety precautions and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations

* Diploma as patissier or baker
* Work experience as baker, as well as hotel or onboard cruise ship experience
* Trustworthy and able to work by own initiative
* Cost and quality awareness
