In this role, you will shape next-generation solutions for the building envelope — from energy-efficient windows and sliding doors to advanced façade systems — and guide them from idea to market launch.
Your Impact
* Drive innovation : Lead and contribute to the development of new and improved products for the building envelope
* Engineer smart solutions : Design technical concepts and constructions for both new builds and renovations
* Test and validate : Build prototypes and conduct trials in the in-house laboratory
* Bring ideas to life : Manage the handover into series production and ensure seamless documentation for engineering, production, and sales
* Collaborate and connect : Work across internal teams and with external suppliers and partners to deliver top-quality results
What You Bring
* Degree in metal, façade, or timber construction, or equivalent technical training
* Several years of experience in product development and / or project management
* Strong background in the building sector or related technical field (wood, glass, or aluminum)
* Good German and English
* Confident in AutoCAD (2D / 3D), D365, Look 3E, MS Office, and collaboration tools
