Procurement Expeditor (Entry level) – 6705
Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a Procurement Expeditor to work remotely for a period of 12 months on contract basis and support their team.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the material / package reporting systems is up to date in the PMP (Project Procurement Plan)
* Ensuring that the On Time Delivery (OTD) of desk expediting packages allocated to you are meeting the KPI targets set for the Department.
* Ensuring that all Supplier Monthly Progress reports (MPR) are received on Time and shared on time with Stake holders.
* Ensuring Timely notification to Suppliers for Delayed MPR
* Co-ordination with Third Parties for Expediting Interventions
* Share Weekly Expediting Intervention plans with Stakeholders.
* Support order Management in processing Expediting related Invoices
* MIS Reporting for the Department.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
* Bachelors degree in supply chain or relevant field
* Atleast 1 year of experience in procurement documentation or reporting.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge of MS Office suite or any other procurement software.
* Good communication skills
* Organising skills
* Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office
* Data Analytics & Reporting
* Quick learner.
