About The Team You Are JoiningJoin our Corporate Services division as we embark on a continuous improvement and digital transformation journey. The ambition of Corporate Services is to be the trusted proactive partner providing data-driven corporate services for the business, while upholding the highest fiduciary standards. The Corporate Services division encompasses the following departments: Corporate Finance, Treasury and Tax, FP&A, Regional Finance across 5 regional offices, Internal audit, Corporate Risk and Compliance, Corporate Administration and Procurement (CAP).Reporting to Global Process Owner (GPO) PTP & Vendor Sourcing, the Assistant Manager, PtP Specialist & Process Improvement, plays a key role in supporting IATA’s global Procure‑to‑Pay operations and its continuous improvement activities.
What Your Day Would Be LikeSAP PtP operations and ERP transformationProvide global Level 1 SAP PtP support and manage daily JIRA tickets.Handle vendor master data updates, deactivations, and PtP document processing (PRs, POs, contracts, GRs).Run and analyze SAP reports and support users with data extraction.Support the ERP transformation project (Bora) as a key PtP representative, including best‑practice input, back‑up to the PtP GPO role and on‑site support in Geneva when needed.Continuous P2P process ImprovementSupport process simplification, operational efficiency, and digital enablement by advancing automation, building RPA (Robotic process automation) skills and driving productivity improvements through automation use cases.Act as the central point of contact, work with the PtP GPO in identifying, collecting, filtering, enhancing continuous improvements ideas and play a central support role for their implementation.Support testing, documentation, and rollout of PtP enhancements and global initiatives (e.g., Vendor Deactivation, Master Data Management - MDM).Training & global alignmentDevelop and deliver PtP training for new specialists and SAP users.Maintain global PtP standards and update documentation, guidelines, and community content.PtP Super User Support and CommunicationAssist with SAP document creation, contract support, and Legal Contract Portal guidance.Manage PtP and CAP related intranet and SharePoint content.Work with Corporate Communications to develop PtP and process improvement related materials.We would love to hear from you if5+ years of relevant international experience, including 3+ years in Procure to Pay with SAP or Oracle.A university degree in Business Administration, Procurement or equivalent.Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills.Proven end-to-end process mapping expertise.Fluent in English; French an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.Strong process improvement mindset, teamwork skills and ability to prioritize effectively.Travel Required: NLearn more about IATA’s role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at iata/careers/.
