Job Responsibilities
Take P&L responsibility for assigned customer accounts, providing recommendations to the Head of Account Management, VP Commercial, and Head of Business Unit.
Participate in contract handover meetings with Product Management, identify and analyze contractual risks, and initiate mitigation actions.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handle customer feedback, and organize customer review meetings.
Lead kick-off meetings for new engine shop visits, attended by the Ops Project Lead, Engineering, and Purchasing, and provide accurate engine delivery information for induction slot planning.
Organize and coordinate Table Inspections with customers.
Communicate any commercial and TAT-related topics during shop visits and ensure on-time delivery of engines.
Offer part replacements and exchanges to customers, and communicate related financial aspects.
Initiate and coordinate Closing-the-Loop review meetings post-engine shop visits and incorporate feedback into the organization.
Ensure profitability of shop visits within contractual boundaries.
Issue Preliminary Invoices based on shop visit cost estimates and review Main/Final Invoices at the end of a shop visit.
Build and release accruals for discounts, incentives, fees, penalties, warranty risks, and potential invoice disputes.
Resolve and settle invoice disputes with customers.
Lead and support the cash collection process, involving Sales as needed.
Your Profile
Commercial or technical degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial and/or technical role, preferably in the MRO industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in the MRO industry.
Strong understanding of the MRO or related aerospace business.
Strong business acumen and contract understanding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
