Accountabilities

Ensure seamless execution across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
Balance long-term product evolution with urgent customer needs and escalations.
Drive continuous improvement of UX and UI for workforce visualization tools.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced tech, startup, or scale-up environments.
Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with the ability to translate user needs into product design.
Proven ability to define product strategy and execute across full development cycles.
Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in global environments.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize across competing demands.
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across distributed teams.
