You will: Sell, lead and deliver high‑impact projects – Shape and close new opportunities, then lead diverse teams to deliver complex programmes that improve R&D productivity, accelerate development timelines, enhance quality and compliance, and unlock new value for our clients. Develop new ideas and propositions – Identify emerging client needs and industry trends, and turn them into distinctive consulting offerings, thought leadership and market‑leading solutions that you will take directly to clients. Work cross‑functionally across the value chain – Solve end‑to‑end challenges spanning R&D, manufacturing and commercial, helping clients break down silos and design integrated operating models, processes and technologies.
