About the role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee nightly operations, provide excellent guest service, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a calm, overnight environment. More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:· * Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries * Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports * Monitor hotel systems and address any operational issues during the night shift * Maintain security and safety by conducting regular property walks * Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally * Prepare the front desk area for the next day-s operations The skills we are looking for are:· * Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (but not required) * Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in hotel management systems (training provided if needed) * Ability to work independently and handle overnight duties * Reliability and punctuality are essential About YOTEL With 23 properties in sought-after locations globally, YOTEL is for people on the move.
