Process Engineer
Responsibilities
* Provide in‑depth expertise in robotics in the area of machining, scanning, 3D printing, tool design, CAD/CAM and other advanced technologies.
* Develop, implement and continuously optimise repair processes while strictly adhering to the quality and compliance requirements of OEMs, customers, as well as internal guidelines and current technical standards.
* Systematically analyse and interpret production drawings and OEM procedures to ensure seamless process compliance and fulfilment of all specified requirements.
* Lead industrialisation projects as well as define and implement necessary corrective actions, assisting in the industrialisation of new repairs and the development of existing repair processes.
* Apply modern methods and tools such as Kaizen events, SPC, FPY, OEE, and other lean, safety and quality methods to continuously improve within your area of responsibility.

* Conduct coaching and training sessions to familiarise colleagues in the assigned areas with top‑level programming and process standards.
Profile (Qualifications)
* Solid hands‑on experience operating and programming ABB industrial robots, including the use of supporting offline technologies for CAD/CAM and Robotic Studio.
* Proven expertise in programming 6‑axis robotic systems and using offline simulation tools (e.g., ABB, FANUC) and CNC‑controlled machinery.
* Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) segment of the aerospace industry.
* Proactive and team‑oriented personality with a high level of initiative and a strong implementation mindset with strong awareness of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
* Experience in project management and in applying lean and quality methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, FMEA, 5S).
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in robotics and/or CNC programming.
* Fluent in English (Level C1); German (Level B1) is an advantage.
* Scientific/Technical degree MSc or BSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in similar industries.
