Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. Experience in data analysis and coding with C++, Python, or SQL. Preferred qualifications: Experience with ads quality, search quality, and auction theory. Knowledge of Colab, SQL, and Python. Ability to operate in analytically heavy domain area, or infrastructure (e.g., data pipelines, systems design, infrastructure productionization). Run A/B experiments to ensure your algorithmic changes genuinely improve campaign performance in the real world. Take ideas from whiteboard math to production reality. Handle the full lifecycle such as brainstorming, design, coding, launch, and operations. Translate complex ad quality problems into technical realities, working closely with Data Science, ML, and Product teams. Jump seamlessly between debugging low-level C++ infrastructure issues and debating high-level statistical models.
