TITLE Legal Counsel, Employment Law START DATE April 2026 DURATION 3 months, with the possibility of extension UTILIZATION 60% LOCATION(S) Remote, Switzerland AREA Legal THE ROLE We are seeking a Legal Counsel specialized in employment law to support an international technology group in Switzerland. The role focuses on providing day-to-day employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical guidance to HR and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will initially work on site during the first two weeks (approximately six days) to support onboarding and endorsement processes. Thereafter, the role can be performed remotely. Fluency in English is essential for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide proactive, day-to-day employment law advice and counselling to HR and business stakeholders Draft, review and negotiate employment offers, employment agreements, amendments and related HR documentation Prepare, customize and update settlement and release agreements; manage complex terminations and restructuring processes Draft and review legal documents and agreements to safeguard the Group’s legal rights and mitigate risk Support regulated business activities and internal processes from an employment law perspective Manage and supervise external counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring quality, consistency and cost control Deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal support to cross-functional teams in an international environment YOUR PROFILE Master of Law (LL.M. or lic. iur./MLaw); admission to practice law is an advantage At least 5 years of relevant experience in international or multinational companies Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions, particularly France, Germany, Italy and the UK Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and partner closely with HR and senior stakeholders Pragmatic, business-focused mindset with strong drafting and negotiation skills Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-border employment matters Fluent English required; Italian is an advantage HOW TO APPLY Please submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
