Responsibilities
Planning of detailed events and room reservations for up to 250 people, including consultations, arrangements, and cross‑selling.
Creation and maintenance of customer relations and supporting customers on site.
Carrying out site inspections.
Administrative assistance of the Event Sales and Event Planning Team in planning events of up to 1500 people.
Handover of events to the operational departments.
Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.
Qualifications
Fluent German and English skills are required. Additional languages are a plus.
