Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
* Develop and coordinate trade marketing materials (collateral) in alignment with brand strategy and retail needs.
* Define and implement training strategies, including the creation of training material and coordination with different stakeholders.
* Lead and develop projects for personalized watches from technical maintenance to e-commerce integration in close collaboration with the different stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept to execution, including instore activations, story books, etc.
* Manage photoshoots in collaboration with Team Leader, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
* Supervise the department apprentice, providing guidance, training and support in their daily tasks.
* Support internal administrative task (organizing trips, follow up on contracts, internal platforms, etc).
* Monitor and report on project performance, including monthly updates budget control
* Coordinate and lead internal meetings
