Ph3Do you want to be a Building Hero? /h3 pThen you are in the right place! /p pWe’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Facility Manager to support our team and ensure our City Pop buildings run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. /p pAs Facility Manager, you will actively support the team in the operational and technical management of City Pop buildings in Geneva and Lausanne. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liActing as the first point of contact for on-site technicians, providing guidance, prioritizing interventions, and supporting decision-making in daily operations. /li liSupervising and coordinating maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective works on technical installations such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, electronic access systems, and IT‑related equipment. /li liAssessing technical issues, preparing clear reports when required, and deciding whether interventions can be handled internally or require external service providers. /li liCoordinating external companies, requesting and validating quotations, supervising works on site, and ensuring quality, timelines, and safety standards are respected. /li liSupporting the management of maintenance budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring all interventions are approved and aligned with financial guidelines. /li liOrganizing and supporting regular inspections of buildings and apartments, identifying risks or improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. /li liCollaborating closely with the Operations team to support check‑in/check‑out processes and continuously improve residents’ experience. /li liAssisting with the setup and management of maintenance contracts for new and existing buildings, including handovers and technical documentation. /li liParticipating in the opening of new buildings, supporting technical handovers, equipment installation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. /li liContributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes, workflows, and communication between technicians, operations, and third‑party partners. /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liStrong technical knowledge of building installations troubleshooting /li liSolid understanding of requirements safety checks /li liOrganized, solution‑oriented, and stress‑resistant /li liConfident communicator with a managerial mindset /li libFrench English (Italian is a plus) /b /li liTeam player, autonomous, reliable, and proactive /li liBig City Pop fan ready for new challenges! /li /ul pLocation: Hybrid between Lausanne and Geneve /p pReady to grow your Facility Management career with us?
