I’m currently working with a client in Basel who is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join their in-house SAP Competence Center on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong SAP HCM functional background who enjoys combining hands-on operational work with project involvement in an S/4HANA environment.
Tasks
Owning and developing SAP HCM processes in S/4HANA
Working across Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration
Collaborating with stakeholders on SAP projects and process improvements
Requirements
Solid experience in SAP HCM
Structured, independent working style
Strong German language skills
