You actively participate in the onboarding of new employees while supervising the night team and the assistants in the planning. You ensure the quality and efficiency of picking and pre-picking activities. You control the receipt of goods, product compliance, and ensure that the area remains clean, secure, and organized. You are also a key contact with supply teams and suppliers. You anticipate personnel and product needs to avoid shortages or surpluses, and you propose recruitments when necessary. You have completed professional training (CFC) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with team management. You have a perfect mastery of picking processes and scanners. You are organized, rigorous, and focused on product quality. Comfortable with tools (emails, Word, Excel), you have a minimum B2 level in French both orally and in writing. You know how to manage priorities, make decisions independently, and professionally. As a leader, you know how to unite, motivate, and manage conflicts intelligently.
