Your Purpose In line with current and future tourism trends, the Shore Excursions Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects and initiatives within the business, supporting ideation until completion, including coordination of related guidebook and application maintenance activities required. The role also supports key stakeholders in mapping processes, planning department activities and monitoring business initiatives across the department.
The Project Manager coordinates people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to revenue and guests’ satisfaction objectives.
Your Impact
Manages the full cycle projects, assigned tasks and ensures that they are delivered on time, within scope and within assigned budget; Supports key stakeholders in defining plans, tracking projects performance and providing regular reports on status; Develops detailed use cases and process flows, prepares data driven business cases. Defines and tracks ROI metrics, ensuring timely adjustments to project scope, schedule and budget. Collaborates effectively with cross functional teams and external vendors for ongoing and new projects; Creates guidelines, training materials and execute trains for the members of the team; Contributes to configure and manage settings on IT Systems; Contributes to scheduling and setup of business initiatives, providing structure, documentation and follow up to ensure consistent execution; Attends seminars, conferences and events where appropriate; Keeps up to date with trends and changes in the tourism industry and identifies new business opportunities.
Your Journey so far
Fluent English. Any other European language is an advantage; Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally in the tourism industry; Strong technical skills and previous experience in software/projects development and implementation is required; Strong knowledge of IT Systems (
