* Handling incoming and outgoing mail as well as general correspondence
* Managing the central email inbox
* Welcoming visitors and handling the office phone during on-site presence
* Maintaining master data, documents, and filing systems
* Supporting general office organization and office supply management
Commercial & Internal Support
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
* Supporting invoice processing and expense administration
* Working closely with management and internal teams
* Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
* Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience
* Enjoys customer interaction and has a strong service-oriented mindset
* Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
* Confident user of digital tools
* High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
