Leaders in Oncology Care is seeking a dedicated Clinical Practice Educator – Oncology to support, inspire, and elevate our exceptional nursing team.Based at a LOC ((Leaders in Oncology Care), our specialist cancer treatment centre, rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. We are also proud recipients of the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark, recognizing our commitment to patient wellbeing, comfort, and privacy.As our Clinical Practice Educator, you’ll be more than an educator – you’ll be a mentor, role model, and change agent. From onboarding new team members to facilitating specialist learning for experienced nurses, your guidance will help shape confident, compassionate, and competent clinical professionals.In this role, you will design and deliver tailored educational programmes across oncology services. You’ll support nurses undertaking advanced practice and critical care qualifications, and champion clinical excellence through mentorship and skills development.
