Our customers are leaders in the global baking industry, and our strategic accounts sit at the very heart of our commercial ambition. To support this journey, we are looking for a Strategic Account Partner to join our European Baking Sales team. This highly visible, collaborative role will allow you to learn the full breadth of a global commercial organization while actively contributing to performance, execution, and long‑term strategy.


Role & Impact

* You act as a trusted co‑pilot to the Strategic Account Manager and internal teams, ensuring commercial excellence, strong governance, and seamless cross‑functional execution while supporting strategic initiatives that drive customer value and profitable growth.
* You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, pricing, operations, quality, and customer collaboration, gaining hands‑on experience in how global strategic accounts are managed.
* Contribute to the development and execution of global and local strategic account plans through effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
* Coordinate and facilitate account meetings, including steering groups and cross‑functional collaborations, to drive strategic initiatives.
* Support the preparation and follow‑up of partnership reviews, performing performance tracking and pipeline prioritization to identify strategic opportunities.
* Analyze and interpret commercial data using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and IBP to generate actionable insights and support performance reporting.
* Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, such as innovation days and workshops, to foster collaboration and drive growth.
* Partner with Legal, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure robust governance of commercial contracts and operational alignment.


Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial, or sales support roles, ideally within Food & Beverage, ingredients, or science‑driven industrial environments.
* Solid understanding of value chains, pricing structures, and commercial agreements.
* Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
* Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).


Additional Skills & Interests We Value

* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related applied science.
* Additional language proficiency beyond English and German.


Hybrid Role

This role is hybrid: 3 to 4 days working in the office and 1 to 2 days working remotely each week.
