Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically within lending, investing and borrowing, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Financial Intermediaries Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
What you'll get to:
* gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business
* analyze complex situations and present findings in an easy and understandable way
* learn about the different products and services we offer to help our clients execute their investment strategies
Your team
You'll be working in the Client Services Financial Intermediaries team Switzerland. We provide integrated financial solutions to independent financial advisors and multifamily offices in the german-speaking part of Switzerland.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has excellent German and English skills
Start Date: 1st September 2026
