About the Role:
The Total Rewards Global Expert will drive the development of performance bonus plans, lead global compensation projects, and partner with HR teams to enhance plan design and employee incentivization.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Performance Bonus Plan Framework (Short Term Incentive) including Sales Incentive Plan.
* Collaborate with HRIS and TR Partners to automate processes and review/ update bonus plans.
* Lead global compensation projects, redesigning current or new compensation programs.
* Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and TR Partners to enhance plan design.
* Advise on bonus policies and schemes to internal stakeholders by providing analytical support and expert advice.
* Maintain TR data quality, prepare reports, and provide compensation analysis for Top Management.
Your Skills and Experiences:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance; Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or other related areas in a global organization.
* Solid financial background with understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation topics.
* Strong analytical skills to deal with large amounts of data.
* Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Fluent in English.
