Job Description:
Senior business development/sales professional with a strong technical background (BSEE), extensive semiconductor sales, account management, and new business development experience to cover the DACH region.
Proven track record of successfully selling direct to customers and through reps & distribution channels.
Your essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Conduct field sales and marketing activities for all of EM’s products and customers in the DACH Region.
2. Achieve KPIs related to sales revenue and design wins.
3. Develop sales strategies for the territory aligned with company objectives to achieve growth & revenue targets.
4. Identify and develop new customers, market segments, and opportunities.
5. Manage sales channels, including reps and distributors.
6. Engage with eco-system partners to bring complete solutions focusing on EM chips to the market.
7. Analyze the competitive landscape and collaborate with Business Units to adjust EM's positioning, strategy, and future product development.
8. Support customers from design phase through mass production.
9. Establish and maintain key customer relationships at all levels, including Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Management.
10. Drive C-level interactions between EM and customers/partners.
11. Lead commercial negotiations and execute development contracts with internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality, logistics).
12. Travel as needed for customer engagement and business development.
